As part of a small and dynamic cross-functional team, I contributed to designing an AI-powered data visualization and analysis platform. This platform detects and mitigates potential threats, enhances corporate risk management, and reinforces trust, safety, and integrity within the enterprise's information ecosystem. My key contributions include: Collaborated on the design of a self-service Data Connector system that enables seamless data uploads from various partner APIs. Developed feasible solutions that meet user needs and business goals by working closely with Engineering and Product teams. Conducted UX research studies, employing qualitative and quantitative methods, to gain actionable insights that informed design decisions and product strategies. Developed diagrams, journey maps, and user flows to help visualize a systemic relationship. Designed wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for rapid feedback collection. Utilized usage data and integrated user feedback for continuous product improvement. Maintained the Figma design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and streamlined design workflows.

MaaS Console at Magazine Luiza
I worked at Magazine Luiza (One of the biggest retailer companies in Brazil) as UX/UI Designer, and my challenge there was to Design from scratch the ecosystem of the MaaS Platform (Magalu as a Service). The MaaS platform is formed by two applications: the MaaS Console and the Maas Account. The MaaS Console is a marketplace for retail services that will allow Magazine Luiza and other retail stores to sell digital or physical services online (free services too) to small retailers integrated on their own e-commerce, paying based on the demand used, like Firebase do it for back-end cloud services.

Restaurant book app design exercise → at Personal design exercise
In this exercise, my main goal was to help users effortlessly find restaurant availability while accessing information about the restaurant's quality and dietary preferences, followed by a quick and efficient booking process. I redesigned a restaurant booking app using a holistic and user-centered approach to achieve that.
